ND Royal Honored as PIBBA Guam 2014 Pioneer of the Year!

Congratulations to our ND 1991 Royal, Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera, for being selected as the Pacific Islands Bilingual Bicultural Association (PIBBA) Guam 2014 Pioneer of the Year (POY).

Barbara Manibusan, who serves as a Chamorro teacher, and has held various PIBBA Guam executive positions, was selected for the PIBBA Guam 2014 Teacher of the Year (TOY).  Dr. Rivera, who serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Guam, and the webmaster for both local and PIBBA International organizations, was honored alongside Manibusan.
